Lilith 400 Young Leaders is designed specifically for highly motivated emerging female leaders enrolled in Grades 10, 11, or 12. This innovative and unique program is for any ambitious future female leader who is interested in exploring dynamic careers and developing a personal plan and supportive network to achieve her dreams. The Lilith 400 Program combines leadership and personal development along with one-to-one mentorship with successful women in a variety of fields. Lilith Professional provides ongoing development and support to assist participants from the classroom to the boardroom.
This six day program features a wide variety of personalized sessions, group workshops and engaging development seminars led by seasoned professionals, dozens of high profile business leaders and topic experts who share their insights on leadership and career development from a female perspective.
Our venue host, Quest University Canada, is situated in beautiful Squamish, BC and allows participants to enjoy world-renowned Whistler Village. Quest offers on site dining facilities, world class learning spaces and double occupancy residences for participants. It is ideally situated to get into nature for some outdoor activities including hiking, yoga and mountain biking.
Using real world scenarios, industry leading and award winning materials, and a community of successful mentors, Lilith 400 engages young leaders in an action packed week to explore their personal potential and pave the way for bold career strategies. Each Lilith 400 participant will gain membership into a private Lilith 400 Facebook group, receive a personalized report that identifies her personal learning and leadership style, develop a three to five year personal strategic plan critiqued by program faculty, and be paired with a mentor to support her along the way after the program.

How to apply:
- Download and complete the Application form.
- Complete the Personal Reflections based on the questions provided telling us about you.
- Ask an appropriate adult to provide a reference for you and send them a link to the Adult Reference document (download pdf, 142kb).
- Email your most recent transcript and report card, including your latest marks. Print off and scan if a digital version is not available.
- Financial Information – if assistance is required to attend, a request must be made as limited need-based aid is available.
- Submit the completed application, your transcript and report card, and financial information (if pertinent) to:info@lilithprofessional.com
- Application forms are due March 15, 2015.
Application Materials
To apply to the Lilith 400 Young Leaders program, applicants must download and complete the application(pdf, 162kb). In addition to providing us with basic demographic information, all applicants are expected to answer the Personal Reflection questions 1 to 4. Please note that your responses for all four questions must not exceed 3000 characters. Please give serious thought to these questions. This is a key part of the application and demonstrates both your passion and writing skills.
Transcript and Report Card
Attach a most recent transcript and report card as well as the transcript or report card from your previous school year with the submission. Print it off and scan if a digital version is not available.
Adult Reference
Applicants are required to request that an adult submit a reference letter and that the reference is received from the adult's email. This reference focuses on suitability to the program (leadership activities, level of motivation, potential as a change maker).
Submitting the Application
All application material for Lilith 400 must be submitted by email to info@lilithprofessional.com with the subject heading: Lilith 400: (Your Name) and must be received by March 15, 2015.
Application Deadlines
Receipt of your application will be acknowledged by e-mail within a week after the deadline. Please check your e-mail regularly. If you do not hear from us it means that we have not received your completed application.
